Mission: Our mission is to bring together students who share interests and passion for medicine and other allied health professionals. We are a very student-driven club at Lamar High School and we hope to teach and provide insight to the members at Lamar High School. Below is some background information about The Lamar Med Club previous years.

The fall of 2017 was the first year of The Lamar Medical Club and has been thriving since. In the first year, there were numerous educational lessons, dissection, and labs. In the years of 2017-2019, we dissected mink cats, rats, grew bacteria, hospital tours, volunteer opportunities, and various talks with Doctors and Nurses. We are eager for future & returning members to see what we have in store for our 2020-2021 school year.

A group of four officers has worked vigorously to organize labs, lessons, and activities to help students give an insight of what their future will be like.
